If you filled out a form online somone from our office will reach out to you at a time that best fits your schedule to answer any of your questions and schedule a consultation.

For Those Who Call:

If you chose to call us, we should have scheduled a consultation at the time you called.

We don’t want to waste your time. You will be sent some basic information explaining in a little more detail what it is like to work with Houses 2 Homes. This is done so that you can make as much of an informed decision before you ever get to your consultation.

Beginning With Some Notes To Help With Your Estimate:

One of our representatives will arrive at your home to meet you and take some notes about your priorities. Our representative will also be making notes about how much time each task will take. This process is crucial to making sure we can save you as much money as possible while still  offering you a premium service.

If You Are Needing Regular Maintenance Services:

We need to get your home thouroughly cleaned in advance of your maintenance services beginning. There are 2 options we provide you to get this done:

1. A Deep Clean
   • This is a premium option that gets everything cleaned from top to bottom of your home.
     • Appliances are moved and cleaned behind
     • Basboards are washed and disinfected
     • Walls are spot cleaned
     • Windows are cleaned inside and out
     • Vents and fixtures are cleaned
     • Many More (this will be gone over in detail at your consultation)
2. A First Time Clean (budget friendly option)
   • This option is a little more expensive than a maintenance cleaning option because it usually takes longer the first time of us cleaning your home. This option is more detailed than a maintenance clean, but is less detailed than a deep clean. This option is great if you are looking to save some money and get started quickly.

Your Estimate: 

Before we leave our representative will provide you with an estimate on how much the job will cost.

If you need some time to think about  it, your estimate will be good for 30 days after your consultation has been completed.

If you are ready to schedule your first appointment we can usually schedule you on the spot. However, Houses 2 Homes is a growing company and on occasion we may need to move some things around in the schedule to get you in (which could take some time). 

On the date of your appointment you will be texted when your technician is on their way to the job. Your technician has been given all of the details discussed in the consultation. Our technicians have been give a 100+ point checklist that will be completed before they leave your home (you can request a copy of this checklist after the completion of any appointment).

Once the technician has completed the job you will be notified of their completion so that you know when they are leaving. If you are pleased with the service you received from your technician let us know.
